SalesTrig provides AI-assisted SEO content tools that research topics, build content plans, generate articles and images, and — at your direction — publish content to a website platform you connect. We also offer related growth services described on our website.

Content is generated using automated AI systems. It is provided to help you, but it is not a substitute for your own review and judgement.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the prices shown at sign-up. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated (for example, a money-back guarantee on an annual plan), payments are non-refundable.

We may change pricing or plan features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect your subscription.

Articles, images, and other outputs are produced by automated systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before it is published, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience.

We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, revenue, or other result. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

As between you and SalesTrig, you own the content you generate and publish, and you are responsible for it.

When you connect a publishing platform (such as WordPress, Wix, or Shopify), you authorize us to publish content to that platform on your behalf according to your settings. You are responsible for your accounts on those platforms and for complying with their terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party platforms.

If you opt in to the backlink network, links are placed editorially between participating members’ articles based on relevance, with limits to keep them natural. We do not guarantee a specific number of links or any SEO benefit, and participation is optional.

You agree not to use the Services to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or spam; to misuse or disrupt the Services; to reverse engineer or resell the Services without authorization; or to violate the terms of any connected platform.

The SalesTrig platform, software, and brand are owned by SalesTrig and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our platform other than the right to use the Services as permitted.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or achieve any result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesTrig will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
