Data Deletion Request

Choose either option below:

• Email: send a message to info@salestrig.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Tell us the website/account you’d like deleted so we can verify and process it.
• In-app: if you have an account, you can also request deletion from your account settings or by contacting support from within the app.

We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example, by verifying the request from your account email) before deleting data, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

When we process your request, we delete the personal data we hold for your account, including:

• Your profile and account details (name, email).
• Your site profile and onboarding data (URL, business information, audience, offerings, competitors, quiz answers).
• Generated articles, images, and content plans stored in our system.
• Stored publishing credentials and access tokens for any connected platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify).

We may retain limited records where we are legally required to, such as billing, invoice, and tax records held by our payment processor (Stripe). These are kept only as long as required by law and are not used for any other purpose.

Content you have already published to your own connected platform (for example, posts published to your WordPress, Wix, or Shopify site) remains on that platform and is under your control. Deleting your SalesTrig account does not remove content from sites you own — you can delete those posts directly on each platform.

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
